Orthodontic treatment is an excellent investment in the overall dental, medical, and psychological well-being of both children and adults.  Financial concerns are often a consideration. With appropriate credit, we make financial arrangements to extend payments over a period of months or years following an initial down payment.  We offer this service with no finance charge and at 0% interest.

We offer a 5 percent bookkeeping courtesy if cash payment in full is made at the start of treatment.  For credit card payment in full at the start of treatment we offer a 3 percent bookkeeping courtesy.  If you have orthodontic insurance, we offer the courtesy for payment in full for the portion of the fee not covered by your insurance.

We offer a 4 percent discount for Rapid City area patients who agree to schedule all appointments between 9:00 and 2:00.  Family discounts are also available.

For patients who have insurance, payment plans are arranged for the remainder of the charges not covered by the insurance.
