We have experienced insurance personnel to help you receive the maximum benefit your policy allows. We will verify your benefits by phone before your initial appointment. As a courtesy, we assist you in completing the forms, and then submit them to the company for processing to determine the coverage.  We do accept assignment on most insurance. This means the payments are made directly to us and credited to your account. If your company requires verification of continuing treatment, we send them the necessary paperwork at the appropriate time.

If your company terminates your benefits or for any other reason will not make the predetermined payments, it is important for you to understand that the responsible party listed on the orthodontic financial agreement is responsible for full payment. Fortunately, this situation rarely occurs.
